At Koleha & Small Swim Club, we want you to love your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all hygiene liners intact. Please ensure your items are free from makeup, lotions, or signs of wear to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the unwashed swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene stickers are securely attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
